Hey all, so I was fortunate enough to be part of Chunkymilk Productions again this year and write a movie for the 48 Hour Film Project here in Minneapolis, Minnesota. It is called “The Chair” and it’ll be premiering tonight at 9 pm at the Riverview Theater in South Minneapolis. We’re part of screening group B. Not only will there be our story to watch, but they’ll be dozens of other awesome films to enjoy. The diversity and quality of them is exceptional. I highly suggest attending it at the very rad Riverview Theater. It is the perfect place to watch these projects.
If you don’t know already, the 48 Hour Film Project is exactly as it is titled. You have 48 hours to make a seven minute film for the festival. It is insane. The quality of projects created is astounding for such a small time frame of production. For some of the film crews, this is the event of the year. It is a frenzy of creative juices.
So yeah, I hope to see you all there in some capacity. It is always a surreal experience for me to be watching a story I helped create up on the silver screen. This is my second year being involved in this project (click here to watch our previous film “The Smell”). I never knew I would enjoy working with people this much creatively. It has taught me to enjoy collaboration. For that I am grateful.
